 1. I know we need one of your services so how do I sign up? Just fill in our online referral form, or call 678-339-2326 ext 2 for Sales, or email us at sales@lightcastnetworks.com . We will get back with you within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.
 
 2. We want more than one service; we need a Sunday morning and Wednesday nite audiocast for our home-bounds, is this possible also a 4 hour block for a revival? Yes, we can set up a block of time pretty much anytime you need, we do have special pricing on other than Sunday or Saturday services, please call or email to inquire. We have 30,60,75,90,120,150 and 180 minutes standard.
 
 3. Can we order more Equipment for temporary home-bounds? Yes, call us and we will take your orders or see our online store at http://lightcaststore.com/store
 
 4. We have a special event we would like people all over the country to dial in and listen to; can we arrange these new temporary access lines into our church? Yes, for existing customers we can install "quick lines" under our. These charges are a little more costs than your regularly scheduled weekend services. It will take 3 business days to set up. Call or email for a quote (we will need to know the day, time of day, length and number of quick lines you may need). If these are for a weekend, please register with us by Tuesday afternoon before the weekend.
 
 5. We want our service posted to the Internet for streaming audio, is this available yet? We are working on this solution; call us for an update on rates and packages that may become available.
 
6. We may want to have our missionaries/campers to call in and update the congregation on what wonderful work they have been doing, what can we do to make this happen? Lightcast offers "Two-Way Lightcast" which is an add-on service and needs our Deluxe Church Interface. With this service you can both broadcast from the church and from the mission/camp. The mission could call using a cell phone, regular phone or one of our new remote mission kits. These kits can connect to a cell phone or regular telephone line. Our kit will allow the mission group to speak into a MIC like a radio broadcaster and listen to the church service with speakers, eliminating the need to hand around a phone.
 
7. We use your service and we have heard some of the home-bounds say they can hear dogs barking? Most likely the Church Interface Operator forgot to insert " * 5 " after dialing into the Lightcast audiocast bridge. The "star five" command will mute all home-bounds and their animals from accidentally interfering, so they will only hear the church service. This will need to be disabled if a call is coming in from a field mission. The home-receiver’s speakers connecting to the phone actually mutes the home-bounds also, that is if they are connected correctly.
 
8. We want to add 15 more minutes to our service because we are running over and add a few new permanent access lines/ports for new Home-Bounds who would like to listen, how do we do this? We have an easy ADD-ON-MINUTES and ADD-ON-PORTS order form just for these purposes, simply call or email us. Prepayment will be due upon receipt for these new services and will co-terminate with existing agreements (or you may select to extend existing agreements if we have promotions on ADD-ONs).  Example of new lines and "co-termination": your church is 4 weeks into a 13 week quarter, and needs 2 new ports, with in a week your church signs and prepays these 2 ports for the for a remaining 8 weeks. Why 8 and not 9? We ask for at least a full week to set up more lines. Now next quarter the prepayment will be trued up for all lines, this is due 30 days before the beginning of the next quarter of service per our agreement. Please remember, we may need 15 days to assemble send you your home receiver kits (if needed). However, many times these kits will be in stock.

10. What is the warranty on the Lightcast Networks certified equipment?  Registration forms will be with your equipment.  

This is the current warranty. Lightcast, Inc.  One Year Limited Warranty on all Lightcast Certified equipment provided. Filling out this card will help you obtain more efficient warranty service in the case there is a service-related issue with your product. Purchased from an authorized dealer, it is guaranteed from defects of material and workmanship from the date of purchase for one year. Under this limited guarantee, we agree to replace or repair or refund purchase price, at our sole option unless otherwise provided by law,  free of charge if found defective in original material or workmanship. To obtain service under warranty you must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from our customer support (see service section of your User’s Manual) or call   1-866-865-2278 ext 3. Products must be returned with transportation charges prepaid and must be accompanied by a brief description of the problem encountered and proof of date and place of purchase. This warranty does not apply to equipment that has been damaged by accident, negligence, or misapplication or has been altered or modified in any way. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser who must have properly registered the product within 10 days of purchase unless otherwise stated by Lightcast Inc. This warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by or attributable to acts of God, lightning, excess voltage or current, consumables such as batteries or fuses, cosmetic damage, transportation, shipping or insurance costs, costs of installation, set up service adjustment, reinstallation or product removal. Limitations: EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, LIGHTCAST INC. MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. NO VERBAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION GIVEN BY LIGHTCAST INC, ITS AGENTS, OR EMPLOYEES SHALL CREATE A GUARANTY OR IN ANY WAY INCREASE THE SCOPE OF THIS WARRANTY. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE CONSUMER. THIS DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITED WARRANTY ARE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF ALABAMA. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THIS PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE. Some states and counties do not permit limitations or exclusion of implied warranties; therefore, the aforesaid limitation(s) or exclusion(s) may not apply to the purchaser. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED ABOVE, IN NO EVENT WILL LIGHTCAST INC. BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. Specifically, Lightcast Inc. is not liable for any costs, such as lost profits or donations or revenue, loss of equipment, loss of use of equipment, loss of software, loss of data, costs of substitutes, claims by third parties, or otherwise. Insure and mail any repairs with all parts included in the original box (es) to Lightcast, Inc.   170 Waites Drive North,  Suite 100, Cropwell, AL 35054    and call 1-866-865-2278. Please pack the product well. Include your contact, description of issue and date and proof of purchase (bill of sale /receipt).
